Who are we?

Established in 2015, Bure Valley Osteopaths was founded by Gemma, a former professional dancer whose own experiences with injury sparked a fascination with how the human body works — and why things sometimes go wrong.

That curiosity led her to complete a five-year Master's degree in Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy, graduating with Distinction.

Combining her background in movement with her osteopathic training, Gemma brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, individual approach to helping patients understand and manage their musculoskeletal health.

Today Bure Valley Osteopaths is home to a team of experienced practitioners offering osteopathy, sports massage and complementary therapies, all within a friendly, welcoming clinic in Aylsham.
